Keyser, the fact is that my point is from my experience with *ONLY* AI. Also, one of the FT member has actully got the mileage on AI in case of IrrOps. Check the link a couple of posts above.

I was scheduled to fly AI, Moscow - Delhi in Feb. That flight was cancelled and they rerouted me thru Etihad via AUH, so the route became DME - AUH - DEL on EY.
I later checked with their online chat option who asked me to scan across all the boarding passes and original ticket.. Then asked me to email to
[email protected] and
[email protected].. Couple of weeks later, I see those miles in my AI ffp account and they even confirmed the same on email alongwith attaching the updated ffp statement..
