The first thing to say is: don't panic. At worst, there are other ways for BA to get you home from GND, eg via MIA.
It does look like something happened when the flight numbers were changed for the second time, as both the outbound and inbound flight numbers are now back to the originals: BA2159 outbound on 21 April (now at 1000-1530), and BA2158 inbound on 28 April (now at 1750-0850+1). BA should be able to see that in the booking record, and if need be work out why you weren't automatically rebooked from BA2156 to BA2158 when that change occurred.
