I just completed a stay at the Fontecruz as a Platinum. The hotel was sold out - so I was surprised that we were upgrade to a large suite on the 8th floor.
Breakfast was excellent (just get there early if there during a busy time period and want the pastries mentioned above). We did not have any noise issues at all. We chose the cheese amenity (with glass of wine vs. a bottle, sigh).
The location is superb. The Staff was excellent. We arrived in Lisbon after a week in Spain, and really hadn't done any research on the city. The reception staff provided maps and directions to all the major sites (including recommending a day trip to Sintra - which a highlight of the trip). Great stay.
