No chauffeur in Oz, when flying First?
I have booked LHR-DXB-SYD-SIN-DXB-LHR in F and I have just been contacted by EK to say that they do not offer a chauffeur service in Sydney due to their contract with QF.

When we land we can get a car from the Airport to the hotel, but on the return it’s up to us to make our own way. Is this right? I booked through EK and my tickets hold an EK flight numbers – why offer it if they can’t see it through. We are flying to MEL to connect with EK404, but all on the same ticket
