Since I'm "stuck" with about $200 in Sears gift cards (which I can eventually use for general merchandise), I'd like to try my luck again exchanging these cards for other gift cards. If I find a "helpful" cashier, what do I tell them to do? Someone else suggested they need to enter the last 4 digits on the top right of the card. Is that correct?
