I guess you are going to have to go to Omaha, Des Moines, or Twin Cities, rent a car, and drive if you are able to as it will obviously be pretty tough to get anything to Sioux City. The Twin Cities on Delta is a non-stop and offers several choices but the drive is about 2.5 hours longer.
