I booked my flights PHL to Sioux City in January in order to pick the right flight to arrive on early afternoon Saturday. Early enough? But you can’t beat the notorious airlines. Now AA changed my flight to late night Saturday and of course that’s not going to work.

AA gives me choices:
1.) rebook on Friday. I have to take an extra day off and to pay one night of hotel out of my pocket.
2.) re-route to Omaha on Saturday, then I have to find a way to Sioux City by myself.

I think it would be fair for AA to pay or give me couch to cover the hotel or extra ground transportation. But AA doesn’t want to give any compensation. What Can I do?
