When did LGA get immigration/customs facilities? All deplaning is done into the main gate concourse where arriving and departing passengers mix. Only access issue would be if OP arrived off an RJ in the C pier and wanted to use the AC in the D pier, entry would likely be denied with an inbound boarding pass. There is a nice Amex Centurion lounge at LGA OP could use if s/he has an Amex Plat or Centurion card...or regular card and was willing to pay for entry.
