1. Is the sunscreen at the pools a good quality? I'm not planning on checking luggage, so I would be limited to a 3 oz bottle. They have a large container that I saw them filling with smaller bottles. SPF50 and SPF30 and another one that I did not pay attention to. Don't know the brand. It works, but I don't know what you mean about quality. I was a pharmacist and I judge by SPF.

2. How about toiletries? What is the brand? Lather Modern Apothecary: lavender lime moisturizer, mint thyme hair wash, yuzu bergamot conditioner, bamboo lemongrass body wash. I love the stuff and they give you plenty.

3. Is the diamond amenity still an appetizer and drinks at Chao Pescao? yes, sangria, specifically. Worth it for me over the 1000 pts.

4. Any recommendations for a market to stop at on the way? I have transfers set up but would like to stop en route to pick up a bottle of rum and a few items for our stay. I saw nothing en route (and I had a car.) I believe the closest may be in Liberia (8 mile north of the airport when the hotel is south) or AutoMercado in Playa del coco (10 Miles out of your way). If you are planning an excursion, such as Palo Verde, may be best to make the stop then since it WILL actually be on the way.

5. Any recommendations on Witches Rock zip lining? We would like to try this out, but I can't figure out if they offer transportation. They provide transport, I believe at a charge. $10 less per person for each activity if you pay in cash.
