I really don't know what they're enforcing at URC right now. It's possible it could be zero tolerance, especially if they have any "incidents" in the few weeks' period before your flight. If you want to try the baggie, just be prepared for a scenario where it will be confiscated at the checkpoint. And have duplicates of anything critical in your checked baggage. That's about as far as I'd like to go with this sidebar on the TWOV thread.
