No. However, I do know that if you have an online account and your Red Card attached to it, you can pay with Target GC's and get the 5% off. You don't have to spend any $ on the red card. Now, I've used this many times with the Target CC linked to my Target account, so I'm not sure if it works for the RC the same way, but it may.
I haven't received my RC in the mail yet, but I routinely buy the gift cards in store with a points CC, then buy diapers and many everyday products online with them and always get free shipping and 5% off.
