In my experience in the past and from what I've read on FT, I've sent his go both ways. They definitely have tweaked the language on the website since I last looked at it, and I can't fathom what they mean:
No one's ever had access at their destination unless they specifically had arrivals access. Maybe they mean flights to connecting airports and their final destination?

My guess is that you'll get the lucky beep. Just one note is that international business (not BF) does not come with a guest.
