you will have lots of opportunities to fly the A350 within STAR, UA has ordered 35 of them, however they don't come till 2018. LH might be your best chance because they start delivery in 2016. (AC has lots of code shares with UA/LH)
ET also has 17 on order 2017, and because of the range they might be coming to Canada.
