At LAX last week we sat by an empty gate, waiting for a flight. There was a large group of special assistance 'gals' in their uniforms on a break, hiding behind one of the huge AA signs by the gates. All were playing on their mobile phones, and when the supervisor(?) came on the 2-way radio pleading for at leats one of them to come and do their jobs, they all just shook their heads and laughed
