Is this a new development - unsold plus Sears being offered to Gold members? I've never heard of that.

Kind of related to this is a question: is there anywhere in your WS profile where you can specify your seating preference? That way if gate agents want to offer Gold guests a free plus seat, they can better get their preference of aisle versus window correct.
