Where do you see it in your fedex account. I've looked in both delivery manager and fedex insight and don't see anything, but I do see my UPS package that ships the disclosures.
When I log into Fedex (https://www.fedex.com/us/), there is a little box that is called My Shipments, where I see that a 2 lbs shipment was cancelled yesterday from Citi / Bankcard. So maybe it was not ready, and they will ship tomorrow.
