I will renew bronze soon due to a trip to Bermuda, I have however just cancelled a long haul trip which would have gained me silver status as I am increasingly finding LH a chore even for leisure and instead opted for a trip closer to home. This leaves me 20 TPs short of silver. Most posters on here in this situation are clamering to find a cheap deal to get the TPs, I however no longer see the point in going out of my way to chase status any longer. Is this normal?
