That sounds great. I went on a similar trip to Reykjavik. My favorite quote there was from a taxi driver who drove me from a bar to my hotel (at 5 am!) and walked me to the hotel reception: "my pleasure, we do not accept tips, and if you remember how you got home you did not have fun!"
Why did you decide on Seoul. I go there frequently and the Park Hyatt is probably the best there... Although it needs a refurbishment !
