Thank you all for the reply. I did my best effort to contact Emirates. The only answer I got is they didn't have the right to deal with it. It's only processed by cancel center. To be honest, I don't think you're going to get anywhere by contacting Emirates. The cancelation will be processed, and all you'll receive is the taxes.
