Kind of annoyed with the phone lines at the moment... I'm looking to use one of my free night certificates. Tried calling (both the IC and the regular phone lines) and ended up being on hold for over an hour before giving up. I had a vague memory that the phone lines close at some point, but I couldn't remember what time, and I assumed that if they were closed, I would have gotten a message saying to call back tomorrow. Plus it was 5:30 pm west coast time, so not exactly late. Anyways, eventually looked up the closing time and it is 6:30 CST. I was cooking dinner while on hold, so not the end of the world, but still annoying.

Too bad we can't book reward nights online...........
