generally you need to work with you program and let me handle the issue. There could be a variety of reason this is taking time but doubt contracting UA directly will be fruitful. Best to feedback is likely to come for other AC/Aeroplan members.

earning is based on the fare basis -- some P are P and some -UP fares are various economy fares with P fare class -- so will earn at the economy fare level.
