How to request credit UA flights with proper fare class to AC?
Hi! I had a few UA flights that UA credited the wrong fare class (50% miles instead of 100%) to my Aeroplan acct. I submitted all the documents to Aeroplan to request a credit but Aeroplan said they have to request from UA on my behalf to correct the error.
Do I need to contact UA to do this? It's been over 2 months and nothing has happened.
Also, for instant upgrade purchases to P fare, do you know if it gets credited the P fare or the original fare to Aeroplan or other *A partners?
