Just to confirm, do you still need to take a shuttle from airport to the car rental area no matter which rental agency you use? I wasn't sure if ElDan had an arrangement where you could simply pick up the car in one of the parking lots connected to the airport?

I rented a car at TLV from Budget less than two months ago and picked it up right at the terminal garage (a change from some time ago when I was there). It looked like all the majors had the same arrangement, too.
