I get that few including probably several TB members find this an important topic but don't think it's unreasonable to ask why the mandated annual review written into TB guidelines as adopted in
this thread is being ignored.
Especially when some are up in arms about missing a vote, citing that it's in written rules. Apparently, rules only matter when convenient to some.
