I have not found this to be at all true. R is typically much more widely available than I/IN.
True. But for someone booking a mileage run months in advance, it's still the best starting point to view a whole month at a time.
Unless I'm mistaken, if there's I/IN, there's always R (even though the inverse does not always apply).
