Battery Died, Screen Cracked/smudged, phone always rotates when turned/image not centered, important phone call comes in/in a call while boarding, goes to sleep, brightness turned down too low, screen protectors, phone too small, trying to use PDF boarding pass (which works but very poorly), it disappears when rebooked during IROPS, and lastly... not brought up during the boarding process/internet no longer works!

I combined a couple of them with common themes. I regularly have full planes that I have to board and push in 15-20 minutes. Catch a few of those issues and I'm looking at a nailbiter or a delay.

If you're an experienced road warrior that uses it and doesn't have issues with it.. great! This is just my experience as a GA in a mainly business-traveler airport.
