Cancelling a CX flight booked with Avios
Hello. I have cancelled JL and CX flights in the past and the refund of my fees and Avios were immediately re-deposited.
I just cancelled a HKG-YVR flight on CX booked with Avios and I was required to submit an online cancellation request form. The BA Executive Club site stated that I will get a response within 7 days.
Has anyone else been through this process? Did you get the refund of fees (minus cancellation fee) and Avios?
