By whom? Put a 200$ tissot and a 20,000$ patek calatrava side by side and i'd bet the watch's value the average street person would finger the tissot as the more expensive piece.
Besides the ubiquitous Rolex or distinctively busy Breitling , nobody with would recognize a Breguet, Glashuette, Vacheron Constantine, JLC as a $$$$ haute horologie.
If you already knew what they were, you probably wouldn't be impressed.
