Sorry to hear about your uncomfortable journey. BA sometimes isn't great when it comes to customer feedback, but writing to the CEO isn't going to achieve very much. I suggest (if you have not already done so) filling out the complaints form on the website (which you can find by following the links under Contact Us. You'll be given a reference number which you can use for further communication. Note that BA has many different aircraft which fly that route, and it may have been an unlucky repair job which is now long done, so you'll need to be specific with the travel date.
