The govt just sent out a letter to home owners asking all kinds of questions about their properties. I've known about the law but never received the letter until this year. Apparently they want to know if the owner lives in the property/if it is rented then they want to know the price/size/ how many rooms bathrooms etc. If it is rented they want the renter's info. It is due April 15th.

Some received the letter others haven't. I have and so did other friends but some of my friends didn't. A friend who owns a parking got it.
