If you would like to find some deals from CLE, you should go to Travelocity's Dream Maps. Just change the departing city and $ search amount to your needs.

As to the primer, it can be found by clicking the "search" link on the top right of the forum page, and entering "primer".

You may want to try searching for items before asking for links. There are those here (I am not one of them) who get fussy when someone asks for something before doing a search....
