I have been trying for over a week now to get a receipt for an in-flight purchase from http://www.aa.com/receipts. The purchase has been charged to my credit card, but the receipt still does not show up on the AA site. Usually, the flight attendant prints a receipt on the spot so it hasn't been an issue in the past, but that day, she just told me to get the receipt from the AA website. Any ideas on how long the receipt takes to show up online? Or if this site even works? Or if there is something different that you have to do for a US flight? Waiting for this one receipt is holding up all of my expense reimbursements. Thanks.
