British airways seat allocation for a 2 year old

Hi

I'm looking for some help or advise we have a booking with British airways to travel in business class air miles flight for our family of 4 2 adults and 2 children age 9 and 2 from London to Orlando. BA has allocated seats for myself and my 2 year old daughter in the same row but put my 2 year old on an aisle on her own and me in the middle section next to someone else as seat next to me blocked off. There is the wall partitian between me and my daughter so she not going to be able to see me or my husband at take off when she supposed to be seated herself. BA will only change the seats they allocated me if I pay £75 each to move them. BA allocated the seats due to my daughter age but put her in an unsuitable seat with no parent in a position to comfort her. I'm concerned that she hasn't been seated with me and that she won't settle on the flight. We called BA and explained the situation but they were unwilling to adjust what they have allocated unless we pay this extra £75 per seat.
Has any one else had this problem or know who I can call to have this corrected. We were calling executive club but they said they don't allocate the seats and can't amend or let a parent sit with each child unless we pay the additional £300.
