Such a conclusion is an example of dramatically overbroad inductive reasoning and incites negative responses (especially as it was your first post). You could have posted - "I've loaded my redbird successfully for ___ months; but, I just had [this problem]. I searched this thread and found no other similar reports. Has anyone else ever encountered something similar?"
It sounds like the cashier (a teller works in a bank) keyed-in the transaction incorrectly because that is an extremely strange outcome.
