You may want to write in to the airline saying that the GA was threatening to have you arrested when you did nothing wrong. Be clear that you weren't breaking any laws or airport/airline rules and I'd say that they should re-train their staff not to make false statements to passengers or to threaten them with arrest when they did not break any laws.
The only way employees like this would learn any better is if they are told to modify their behavior from supervisors.
