UUA to Tokyo pricing oddity

I am pricing a trip Barcelona to Tokyo to spend avois before the changes on the 28th.

I am getting really wacky prices using UUA from premium econ to club world. Note: the prices are in Canadian Dollars when listed with UUA.

A premium econ ticket from Barcelona to Tokyo on Nov 11 to Nov 24 bought without upgrades is €1,256.95.

The break down is:

Code:
Passanger Fare Taxes Total
1 Adult €833.00 €423.95 €1,256.95
A premium econ ticket from Barcelona to Tokyo on the same dates using UUA is 45000 Avios + $ 4,153.98

Code:
Passenger Avios Price per Person Taxes Total
1 Adult 45000 $ 3,406.00 $747.98 $ 4,153.98
While a premium econ just London to Tokyo is 30000 Avios + $ 2,412.11

Code:
Passenger Avios Price per Person Taxes Total
1 Adult 30000 $ 1,431.00 $ 981.11 $ 2,412.11
This means a ticket from BCN is almost double what it is from London while UUA. In my experience flying from London is almost always more than from Barcelona, but clearly not in this case.

Shouldn't the price be closer to what a regular premium economy ticket is (plus extra taxes)

Pricing a ticket with UUA BCN to JFK for example gives me prices one would expect.

Is there an explanation for these prices to Tokyo? Certain booking code only available for upgrades? IT issue on my account?

Thanks!
