The price of Singapore kerosene-type jet fuel during the two month period of February and March 2015 averaged US$71.45 per barrel, which accounted for 8,541.00 yen in the average exchange rate of 119.54JPY/USD during the same period.
As a result, with reference to the fuel surcharge benchmark list for FY2015 in Japanese yen, this correspondsto Zone C of fuel surcharges
For sale outside of Japan, YQ will be set to zone B.
