Spanish has two forms of the English verb "to be". In this context I'd substitute "estás" in lieu of "eres". One can also optionally drop the subject pronoun "Tú" as this is already implied by the verb's conjugation unless you want to emphasize the word "You" as in "YOU are my wish list". Regardless I concur with the others as the English phrase still doesn't make much sense.
If you are trying to say "This is on my wish list" (bucket list) then say "Está en mi lista de deseos."
I believe the frase "Tu eres mi lista de deseos" is correct, since what you want to express is that the person addressed "is" the bucket list...
