An update

Just wanted to provide an update on this situation. BA did finally fixed the name mistake, however they never bothered to inform me. In addition, when I logged into my BA account to check the itinerary, it still shows the old, incorrect information. I called CX and CX helped me confirm the change has been made. I AM VERY RELIEVED at this confirmation, but I wished BA was more responsive.
