If you are locked out on arrival, as it sounds, you are covered. Call Rimowa and explain your problem. They can direct you to the nearest repair service they contract with near you. You cost is covered under the 5 year warranty, matched with the Rimowa ID stamped onto your case.
You can then have the repair staff explain the packing and lock procedures for your case to avoid such problems in the future.
