The owner of the apartment upstairs from us (in the 4th) died last summer. Since then it seems that every week someone new is living up there. We decided to take a look on airbnb. Sure enough, an apartment with an identical view of the inner courtyard of our building is listed on there, and is booked out for the next several months . . .
