A simple answer is no. And dare I say it is on the ignorant side, that's if you're planning to go to DXB to begin with.

Assuming your fare conditions permit a stopover in MXP, you will need to contact EK asap and pay the fare difference/penalties for the change.

Not showing for MXP-DXB could entail a cancellation of the ticket. Reinstating the ticket may or may not be possible, and the cost will definitely be far higher than calling EK beforehand and making the changes.
