What about the United Express operators? Seems like I was on a cash one sometime recently...I remember not being able to buy myself a bourbon. (Although it's possible it was US Express. I've flown both of them quite a bit in the past year.)

I would have assumed that all of the European majors would have converted to cards long ago. Usually with things like this, it's us Americans who lag the world by a few years.
