For AMEX Plat (Canadian at least), they issue 100% refund within 60 days
They MAY prorate after that, but YMMV
If you have already used the features like signup bonus and travel credit, they most likely will
not issue a 100% refund and possibly not even a prorated refund. This is very YMMV.
