Gosh, this is going to be fun! Finally I've trapped you guys. Thank you guys for mentioning that Sydney/Singapore confusion. I didn't even bother questioning AF on this because I know the people I'm dealing with. But it was actually AF who did not remember exactly the lie they made up! The world says, "a liar has to be smart, if not others will outsmart him"
In the first email to me where they write about my account closer they write about a story with a Singapore call center, and in the email above they write about a Sydney call center. Guys, please refer AF with all your confusing questions, or better yet, CONCLUSIONS that they indeed made up a story and hence why there are 2 versions of the story. True stories have only 1 version. Thanks again guys for bringing this to my attention. I can fwd the 2 emails from AF to one of you guys to show that what I am saying is truth. You can PM me.
My theory is that the guy who closes all the accounts lately for no reason, saw that I called a non US call center to modify the booking (for the reasons I mentioned above) and just used that to make up a whole long fraud story. Would they really be in CONTACT with a Delta call center reg fraud, they would remember which country.
