If you're happy with 10 bucks, that's fine. To each his own. However, the majority on this board seem to disagree with you. It's not at all a question of entitlement.
I follow the rules. If there's a weather delay, I don't go whining and crying to AC about how it's their fault. But a mechanical delay is the fault of the airline.
Like I said, the establishments I went into all had food/menu items above the threshold. It was simply an observation.
