I've got an idea which I dare not try but maybe you could - the only thing separating 51K from 1A is a few sheets of curtains, MUCH less sturdy than glass that you mention above. Negotiate those soft fabric curtains, and you're there. NOBODY would know, i think. Let me know how you get on.
