I'm also really puzzled. Why do they say that whoever called claimed to be travel agent, which obviously would indeed raise all possible alarm bells on an award ticket. Did they make this up? If not, why on earth would you or anyone else say that? And the Sydney/Singapore thing is indeed confusing (as is, admittedly, their concept of "achieving" an audit which strikes me as a scary Frenchism!!)
