A cancelled BA4 within 24 hours of departure nets €650 per person (EU261) plus rebooking onto what ever JFK - LHR is convenient (we were presented with a whole list of options) including both BA and AA.
It sounds like we missed a trick last year when our BA3 was canx a couple of hours before departure! We got moved to an LHR-JFK of our choice that evening, in J - where (because of a completely rubbish crew) we then had the most miserable CW experience ever - and nothing more.
