Transfer in MNL on Cebu Pacific
Reading up on the transfer procedure in MNL for Cebu Pacific, from international airport via Manila to a domestic destination, as well as from domestic airport through MNL to international destination. Wondering if the following is still true

- Through check with all boarding passes on hand ?
- Luggage tagged to final destination ?
- At MNL, if arriving from international airport - entry immigration, pick up bags, custom, drop off baggage where ?
- At MNL, if arriving from domestic airport - exit immigration only ?
